Guarantee Box
Guarantee box is the platform for storing guarantees and invoices safely with automatic uploading and digital format associated with online banking (linked to the movement of purchase invoice). The platform avoids losses and poor management of guarantees by users (clients of Banco Sabadell).
This platform has benefits for the user and the bank. The user can use a simple and intuitive system to manage their existing guarantees through different channels without an economic loss by the mismanagement of the guarantees.
On the other hand, the bank will be able to offer a differentiated service from other financial institutions, integrated on different channels, that will try to retain the client in an environment of high customer turnover. Additionally, the collaboration with traditional and online stores would consolidate the bank’s brand, increase Sabadell card purchases and possible cross selling in the future.
