12 dreamers, extremely talented people of diverse profiles and backgrounds will participate in the program in 3 teams of 3 each.

Through a rigorous application process only the best entrepreneurs, students, chefs and creative talents will be selected to participate.

Delivering cost effective tasty nutritious healthy (optimised fat, low sugar, lean protein, high fibre, micro nutrient optimised, satiety optimised) additive free foods, snacks and drinks for 10bn people (you asked for biggest)

- What is the biggest problem of our food system that needs to be solved? Food Waste. If we switch to food waste issue, that will have impact on production, diversity etc. It is a chain of problem, that could be solved in a chain of solutions.
